How much does it cost?

Provided directly from 4WiFi, the cost starts at AUD$165/month for small/medium venues, with prices for larger venues quoted on a case by case basis. Some of our Partners provide additional services on top and as such their prices can vary depending on the level of additional services they provide.

If you are able to self-manage your own guests on the platform we are happy to supply directly to you, if you feel you require access to 24/7 support for your guests then we recommend doing so via our Partner Network as they specialise in this. Either way, you will get the same product through us with the same great global platform.

Should I purchase Direct or via a Partner?

This largely depends on the level of additional support you will require. Many properties use our platform through their own existing IT Support with whom they already have existing support arrangements.

Can I change between Direct/Partner supplied?

You certainly can, if the level of support you require changes or you feel you want to change, this can be easily modified given communication with the Partner.

Do you plan on adding more features in the future?

We are always adding more features as you (our clients) request them. If you feel a new feature can benefit your property, we are always more than happy to discuss your needs.

Many of the features we currently offer started off as suggestions by our clients.
